NOO.
The past 43 hours have been somewhat terrible. Bad first day in a new ward, followed by call (which was actually more relaxing than the day work), followed by bad second day.
Am also somewhat depressed because my leave is all screwed up for my purposes, besides the usual reasons. Looking at the periods that my future department-mates are going to be on leave, it is very, very, very likely that I won’t be able to get the anime event weekend (Nov 23-24) off, or EOY day off. I can’t really wrangle anything at the moment because it’s just the start of this current month’s deployment; but I feel really frustrated and helpless. (WHY MUCC WHY!!!) The fear of not being able to participate in one of the few things that keep me going is eating away at me. F*ckin hell.
So now I’ll be in Taiwan from Oct 25-29, and my next leave block is an absolutely useless one from Nov 8-12.
Funny. I didn’t hate going to work so much in the previous posting.
